Eugene Fidell
is the head of the Military Practice Group of Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP and president of the National Institute of Military Justice. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Task Force on Treatment of Enemy Combatants and Standing Committee on Law and National Security. Fidell served as a judge advocate in the Coast Guard from 1969-1972.

Michael Noone
is a professor of law at Catholic University and served 20 years as a judge advocate in the U.S. Air Force. He is a fellow of the Inter-University Seminar on Armed Forces and Society, and serves as a member of the International Advisory Board, Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces, the board of the National Institute of Military Justice, and the legal committee of the National Interreligious Service Board for Conscientious Objection.

Joshua Sondheimer
is a San Francisco attorney who has represented military personnel who sued for having their contracts extended. He has served as litigation director with the Center for Justice and Accountability. Sondheimer has also worked in Cambodia training and advising Cambodian judges, prosecutors, and lawyers in judicial training and legal aid projects of the International Human Rights Law Group.
